Fee Schedule Los Angeles County Cost per case Community Disputes $0.00 - $25.00 per case Divorce $50.00 per case Conciliations $25 per case once parties have agreed to use the services of IVJC For Limited Jurisdiction Cases IVJC has a panel of mediators Please click here for mediator bios and fees Other Services Post Mediation Conferences $50.00 per session Restorative Justice for Youth Retired judge or attorney from IVAMS Mediations, Arbitrations, Settlement conferences $450 per party per case for 3 hours of mediation Fees are assessed and applied after all parties to the conflict are contacted and agree to use IVJC's services. Fees are applied to the initial party unless parties agree to share the costs. Fees are applied regardless of agreement being reached. If parties cancel with less than 48 hours advance notice, fees will still be assessed.
