| Biography |
Steven R. Kuhn has been a successful trial attorney for
37 years. His practice has been limited to all aspects of
personal injury and civil litigation. He has handled in
excess of 6,000 cases to conclusion, representing both plaintiffs and
defendants. After a successful career, Mr. Kuhn is refocusing
his career on Dispute Resolution. He has mediated and
arbitrated cases in his field of personal injury (including
professional negligence) and business litigation law as well is in
other fields such as homeowner association law, real estate law,
employment law and construction defect matters.
Mr. Kuhn is respected for his professionalism,
sensitivity, knowledge and preparedness. His integrity and fairness are
matched by his willingness to persist and resolute calmness through
complex and difficult hearings. He has a success rate in
excess of 90 percent in resolving mediated matters.
