| ADR PHILOSOPHY |
I approach each case as unique, and use the skills I have learned in my extensive mediation training and experience to resolve the issues tailored to the participants involved, whether Facilitative or Evaluative. I am dedicated to helping the participants achieve the results that they can live with, without the risk, trauma, and expense of trial. I find it a rewarding experience when cases settle, especially when the participant’s did not believe, walking into the mediation, that they would achieve closure that day. Even the litigants who do not completely resolve their case on that day, have found the sessions with me very useful in narrowing issues and positions, leading to ultimate resolution before trial.
