Biography

Kym Adams is an experienced family law mediator who has been working with couples for over a decade. She has owned her own legal document and mediation business for 13 yrs. She has taught mediation and based on her experiences with couples the outcome of the divorces cases have had much better results keeping out of court. The parties don't seem to have a voice in court and with mediation they do. She says: “Everyone in court hears your business and mediation is totally confidential. Couples walked into their marriage with their heads up high and they should walk out the same. Especially if there are children. Parents should always set a good example for the children." There is  no better way then to mediate. Otherwise the parties lose control, time and money! Divorce is difficult enough so why not mediate?
