John Burdick, Esq.
| ADR Philosphy | I combine a evaluative approach with a facilitative approach in the process of case resolution. Having been on both sides of the process over a period of many years I believe that although participants in the mediation and settlement process want their respective claims resolved, they also want to know that their claim was resolved within the framework of existing law. Often times an impartial objective evaluation of the merits of their claim by a trained, fair and knowledgable third-party is what is necessary in order to facilitate the process of resolution. |
