  • Loss Prevention Task Force Team member and program evaluator, Farmers Insurance Company;

I have been in practice for over thirty years and was the managing partner at a major Los Angeles/Orange County defense firm handling complex litigation (medical and dental malpractice). After leaving the firm several years ago, my case load has been almost exclusively plaintiff oriented, again primarily complex litigation (products liability and medical malpractice) and in addition contract and trust litigation.

Given my extensive jury trial experience combined with my medical background, I believe I understand the issues that are present in every claim that concern both sides.

Lastly, throughout my career, I have always kept in mind, that these claims involve real people who are now living the litigation process, and my goal is to see if we can reach a satisfactory result for all concerned.
